The resin sand melting point tester consists of thermal conductive metal beams, electrical control boxes, surface temperature sensors, sand spreaders, and other components.
The tester generates a temperature gradient on the surface of the heat-conducting metal beam and maintains a constant temperature. When the tested sand sample is laid, the melted sand adheres to the heating beam after a period of time. The temperature at which the sand begins to adhere is measured as the melting point of the resin peritoneal sand sample.
