The QR-ZSL-A tester is designed for determining hot wet tensile strength and room temperature wet tensile strength of molding sand, as well as evaluating the quality of raw materials like bentonite. This instrument serves as a primary testing method for assessing molding sand's anti-sand inclusion performance.
This advanced testing system features microcomputer intelligent control, including a linear stepper motor loading system, temperature-controlled automatic lifting system, and precision measurement system. With its color LCD touch screen interface (Chinese OS), high-precision force sensors, and full automation capabilities, it provides comprehensive testing, data processing, real-time curve display, and storage functions.
The tester simulates moisture migration in sand molds when heated. It measures tensile strength at the high water layer formed by heating the sample. During operation, the prepared sample is placed on the main guide rail, automatically heated (320°C for 20-30 seconds) to form a dry sand layer and moisture condensation zone, then automatically loaded to display the force process curve and measure tensile strength.
